AirAsiaGo accounts are location-specific. This means that the Country setting in the app should correspond to the website (country) that you use to access your account online. For example, if you use the Singapore address to access the AirAsiaGo website and your account, then your app's Country setting should be "Singapore /" 


If you are unable to log in using the app, then try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Verify that you are using the correct username and password by logging in to the AirAsiaGo website.
  2. Launch the AirAsiaGo app.
  3. On the app's Home screen, tap the Info (i) icon.
  4. Confirm that your Country setting corresponds to the web address that you used to log in to your account in Step 1. If it does not, tap Country to update your Country setting, and then try logging in again.
