After completing a hotel stay, you will receive an automated message prompting you to submit a review of your experience.
If you do not receive this email, or if you prefer not to wait for this message, you can also access the same review link through your itinerary on our website. Here is how to find this:
1. On a web browser, go to your Orbitz website.
2. In the top-right corner, click My Trips. You may be prompted to sign in.
3. Click the History tab.
4. Click on the hotel itinerary you wish to review.
5. In the Hotel Overview section, next to your reservation dates, click the "Review Your Hotel" link.
You can submit a hotel review up to six months after completing your stay.
