Hotel nights are credited to your Rewards account 24 hours after your travel completes. It takes our systems this length of time to verify that a booking is complete without any changes or cancellations.
If it is past 24 hours since the last day of your trip and your hotel nights have not appeared, contact Expedia Customer Support. Here is how you can reach them through the app:
- From the app's Home screen, tap Account.
- In the Support section, tap I need help managing my booked trip.
- Tap the phone number displayed to call the Customer Support team.
