Hotel nights are credited to your Rewards account 35 days after your travel completes. It takes our systems this length of time to verify that a booking is complete without any changes or cancellations.

If it is past 35 days since the last day of your trip and your hotel nights have not appeared, contact Expedia Booking Support. Here is how you can reach them through the app:

  1. From the app's Home screen, tap Account.
  2. In the Support section, tap Contact booking support.
  3. In the Contact Expedia box, tap Phone.
