If you are signed out of the app, you can reset your password by doing the following:
- On the app's Home screen, tap Account.
- Tap Sign in with Orbitz.
- Tap the password field, and then tap Forgot your password? to receive a reset password email.
If you are signed in to the app, you can reset your password by doing the following:
- On the app's Home screen, tap Account.
- In the Account section, tap Edit account info.
- In the My Account Info section, tap Email and Password.
- Type your current password and your new password, and then tap Save.
If you have any trouble resetting your password, here is how to call the Orbitz Customer Support team:
- From the app's Home screen, tap Account.
- In the Support section, tap I need help managing my booked trip.
- Tap the phone number displayed to call the Customer Support team.
