Ebookers Bonus+ rewards redeemed on canceled bookings are typically returned to your account within 24 hours. If you have waited more than a day for your points to be restored you will want to contact the Booking Support team. You can do this through your app using these instructions:
- From the app's Home screen, tap Account.
- In the Support section, tap Contact booking support.
- In the Contact Ebookers window, tap Phone.
