To modify or cancel a hotel itinerary in your Trips List:
- Launch the Orbitz app, and then tap Trips.
- On the Trips List screen, tap the Details Card for the hotel reservation that you want to modify.
- Tap Manage booking.
- Tap Change reservation or Cancel reservation depending on the modification you need.

- From the app's Home screen, tap Account.
- In the Support section, tap I need help managing my booked trip.
- Tap the phone number displayed to call the Customer Support team.
